Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

1. Purpose

This page publishes BibahoHub's standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) to comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable child-safety laws. It explains how we prevent, detect, report, and remove CSAE / CSAM on our platform.

2. Prohibited conduct and content

Users must not create, upload, share, request, or promote:

Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), real or generated
Sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18)
Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
Accounts or profiles that misrepresent a user's age to involve minors
Links or discussions that facilitate CSAE / CSAM

Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, removal of content, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

3. Age restriction

BibahoHub is strictly for users 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the Service.
If we learn that a user is under 18, we will remove the account and associated data as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. How to report child-safety concerns

You can report CSAE / CSAM or suspected child-safety issues:

In-app: Use Report / Block on a profile, chat, post, or story, and submit a support ticket from Help & Support

Please include as much detail as possible (usernames, screenshots, URLs, dates/times) so we can investigate quickly.

5. How we respond to CSAM

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or a credible CSAE report, we will:

Review and remove the content as quickly as practicable
Restrict, suspend, or permanently ban responsible accounts
Preserve relevant records as required for legal compliance
Report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate regional or national authority (for example, NCMEC CyberTipline where applicable, or the relevant authority in the jurisdiction where we operate)
Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement

Adults-only registration and age confirmation
In-app reporting, blocking, and moderation tools
Human review of reports by our trust & safety team
Account enforcement (warnings, suspension, permanent bans)
Ongoing review of our policies and processes

7. Legal compliance

BibahoHub and Era Tech Ltd comply with applicable child-safety laws and regulations. We maintain processes to report confirmed CSAM to the relevant authorities and to respond to Google Play notifications about CSAE content.
